Standard Shipping<\/b><\/p>\n

Scottoiler Ltd. is the official importer and distributor in the UK market.<\/em><\/p>\n

We are currently waiting on our first shipment of this new and exciting product. You can pre-order all products from the website and we will get in touch with an estimated shipping date.<\/em><\/p>\n

Goods will be despatched Monday \u2013 Friday only.<\/em><\/p>\n

Orders made on the website with a weight below 2 kilograms will by sent via Royal Mail by default. For packages over 2kg (please note:: all Axfix Kits are over 2kg in weight), we will send out orders via DPD 48Hour Service.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

Changes from 1st<\/sup>\u00a0January 2021 \u2013 Brexit<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

On 1st<\/sup> January 2021 the UK left the EU. A consequence of this is that goods purchased from the UK for delivery in the EU are now subject to additional duties and taxes as well as increased shipping costs. As much as possible we have tried to minimise the impact of this on our European customers by offering 2 delivery options:<\/p>\n

Delivery Only Service<\/strong> \u2013 we will deliver your order excluding any customs clearance fees, import charges and taxes. When the goods arrive in your country you will be contacted by the delivery company to pay these additional costs directly to them before final delivery as the importer of record.<\/p>\n

Full Delivery Service<\/strong> \u2013 we will deliver your order and pay all customs clearance fees, import charges and taxes on your behalf in advance via the delivery company so you don\u2019t have to pay more when your order arrives. You as the customer will remain the importer of record. If goods are to be shipped to a business address via the Full Delivery Service, a valid EU EORI number is required for the shipment.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Both delivery options are processed under the \u2018Delivery at Place\u2019 (DAP) Incoterm.<\/p>\n

We would advise you to check the cost of both delivery options before making your selection as the customs clearance fees, import charges and taxes can amount to quite a significant cost. The Delivery Only Service, although much cheaper, may end up costing more than the Full Delivery Service when the goods arrive.<\/p>\n

Packaging<\/h3>\n

As a business, we thrive to be as environmentally friendly as possible. This includes recycling and re-using packaging material in our outgoing postage.<\/p>\n

Returns<\/strong><\/h3>\n

We offer hassle-free UK returns with no hidden fees. If you are not entirely satisfied with your AxFix product you can return it to us within 30 days of your order for a full refund.<\/p>\n

For orders received between 1st<\/sup>\u00a0November and 31st<\/sup>\u00a0December the return deadline is 31st<\/sup>\u00a0January the following year to allow the purchase and return of gifts over the holiday period.<\/p>\n

To be eligible for return, the item and packaging must be unused and in new condition.<\/p>\n

To return an item please follow these simple steps:<\/p>\n

  1. Package up your product ready for return \u2013 Please ensure package sizes are within these weights and dimensions: 2kg \u2013 45cm x 35cm x 16cm \u2013 (small parcel)<\/li>\n
  2. Email us on\u00a0sales@scottoiler.com<\/a>\u00a0to inform us of your intent to return your purchase<\/li>\n
  3. We will email you back with a return label<\/li>\n
  4. Print out the return label and affix it to the package<\/li>\n
  5. Drop the package off at your local Post Office<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Once we receive your return we will process a refund to your original payment method for the product cost, the original delivery cost will not be refunded. Please allow up to 5 business days from your return being received for this to be processed.<\/p>\n
